Solicitud de aclaración y complementación de la Sentencia C-117/21.
El peticionario adujo que, con fundamento en lo dispuesto en el artículo 280 del Código General del Proceso, la Sala Plena de la Corte debía incorporar en el resuelve del precitado fallo una decisión expresa y clara sobre cada una de las pretensiones de la demanda.
Teniendo en cuenta que las pretensiones del peticionario no cumplen con el requisito de carga argumentativa, se dispone su RECHAZO.
