Solicitudes de reconsideración e impugnación contra la Sentencia C-674/17, formuladas por el ciudadano Germán Gustavo Rodríguez Valencia.
Revisadas las peticiones encontró la Corte que al interior de la reconsideración lo que verdaderamente existe es un incidente de nulidad, en el cual se advierte que ninguna de las supuestas irregularidades planteadas se ajusta a las causales que permiten la procedencia de un incidente de dicha naturaleza contra una sentencia de constitucionalidad.
En relación con la impugnación formulada, detectó la Sala que esta fue presentada de manera extemporánea.
En virtud de lo anterior, se RECHAZAN las solicitudes deprecadas.
