Conflicto de competencia suscitado entre el Juzgado Tercero Civil Municipal de Armenia y el Juzgado Tercero Civil Municipal de Oralidad de Itagüí.
La controversia se generó en torno a las diferentes interpretaciones que del factor territorial hicieron los despachos judiciales involucrados.
Teniendo en cuenta que las dos autoridades tienen competencia para decidir la acción de tutela, la Corte decide respetar la elección que hizo el accionante y dispone que sea el Juzgado Tercero Civil Municipal de Armenia el que la tramite.
Se ordena remitir el expediente a dicho despacho para que de manera inmediata tramite y adopte la decisión de fondo a que haya lugar.
