Recurso de súplica.

El rechazo de la demanda se dio porque en el escrito de corrección el actor no subsanó debidamente los defectos puestos de presente en el auto de inadmisión.

La Sala Plena de la Corporación consideró que el recurrente no logró desvirtuar las razones que se presentaron al rechazar la demanda y, por ello, decidió CONFIRMAR en todas sus partes la providencia cuestionada.

CONFIRMAR en todas sus partes el Auto del veinticuatro (24) de julio de dos mil diecinueve (2019), proferido por el Magistrado Luis Guillermo Guerrero Perez, que rechazo la demanda de inconstitucionalidad formulada por el ciudadano Jose Nicolas Pulido Nieto, en contra de los articulos 11 y 18 de la Ley 1908 de 2018, con radicado D-13289, por las razones anteriormente senaladas.
  2. Segundo. COMUNICAR la presente providencia al demandante, informandole que contra ella no procede recurso alguno.
  3. Tercero. ARCHIVAR el expediente.
