Conflicto de competencia suscitado entre el Juzgado Segundo Civil Municipal de Rionegro (Antioquia) y el Juzgado Cuarto Civil Municipal de Soacha.
Considera la Corte que la autoridad judicial que debe resolver la acción de tutela es aquella a la cual se repartió en un primer momento, esto es, la del municipio de Rionegro, no sólo porque fue el elegido a prevención por el actor, sino porque tiene competencia territorial.
Se dirime el asunto con la remisión del expediente a dicho despacho judicial, para que de manera inmediata tramite y adopte la decisión de fondo a que haya lugar.
