Conflicto de competencia entre el Juzgado Tercero Administrativo Oral de Barranquilla y la Sala Tercera de Decisión Laboral del Tribunal Superior de esa misma ciudad.
En este caso el juzgado precitado tomó las reglas de reparto contenidas en el Decreto 1382 de 2000 para declararse incompetente y no pronunciarse de fondo.
Recuerda la Corte que con este tipo de decisiones se afecta la celeridad y eficacia de la administración de justicia y los derechos fundamentales del accionante.
Se dirime la controversia con la remisión del expediente a dicho juzgado, para que de manera inmediata tramite y adopte la decisión de fondo a que haya lugar.
