El peticionario solicitó a la Corte entregar la ponencia registrada ante la Sala Plena por el magistrado Luis Ernesto Vargas Silva en el asunto de la referencia, argumentando que la Revista Semana publicó un informe sobre la Ley Zidres en el que refirió algunos apartes de dicho proyecto de fallo.

Se precisa, que la ponencia que presenta un magistrado de la Corte Constitucional ante la Plenaria en un asunto de su competencia, forma parte del proceso deliberativo que precede a la adopción de las decisiones colegiadas y, por tanto, está sometida a reserva legal.

Con base en lo anterior se DENIEGA la petición formulada.
