Impedimento manifestado por la magistrada Cristina Pardo Schlesinger.
La doctora Pardo argumentó que su hija está vinculada laboralmente con el Grupo Energía Bogotá S.A.
E.S.P y que por ello está impedida para pronunciarse sobre el presente caso, según lo previsto en el artículo 56.1 del Código de Procedimiento Penal.
La Corte concluyó que está fundado el interés particular, personal, cierto, actual y directo de la magistrada, al consolidarse a través de uno de sus parientes cercanos, lo que podría comprometer su criterio y su imparcialidad al resolver el presente asunto.
Con base en lo anterior, se declaró que la magistrada Cristina Pardo Schlesinger se encuentra incursa en la causal de impedimento establecida en el numeral 1° del artículo 56 de la Ley 906 de 2004 para participar y decidir en el proceso de la referencia y, por ello, se ACEPTA EL IMPEDIMENTO formulado y se separa de su conocimiento del expediente respectivo.

- RESUELVEN
- Primero. DECLARAR que la Magistrada Cristina Pardo Schlesinger se encuentra incursa en la causal de impedimento establecida en el numeral 1° del artículo 56 de la Ley 906 de 2004, para participar y decidir en el expediente T-8.397.515. Lo anterior, por tener interés directo en las resultas del proceso. En consecuencia, se ACEPTA el impedimento formulado.
- Segundo. SEPARAR a la Magistrada Cristina Pardo Schlesinger del conocimiento del expediente T-8.397.515, en los términos de esta providencia.
- Tercero. Contra esta decisión no proceden recursos.
