Con el presente auto la Sala Plena de la Corporación decidió ampliar el término para la recolección de firmas de la Sentencia SU.109/22.

Lo anterior, en atención a la necesidad de realizar cambios sustanciales a la ponencia inicialmente presentada por el despacho sustanciador.

La ampliación se hace por el término de treinta días y se precisa que este término se puede prorrogar por treinta días adicionales.
