Recurso de súplica.
La demanda de inconstitucionalidad fue rechazada por no haberse corregido las falencias que en detalle se habían advertido en el auto de inadmisión.
La Sala Plena de la Corporación concluye que le asistió razón al Magistrado Sustanciador al considerar que la demanda carecía de certeza, pertinencia, especificidad y suficiencia y que el recurso interpuesto en ningún momento controvirtió materialmente el auto censurado.
Se confirma la providencia recurrida y, en consecuencia, se rechaza el recurso interpuesto
