  1. Primero. CORREGIR los capitulos "I. Antecedentes" y "II. Consideraciones de la Corte Constitucional" de la sentencia T-609 de 2015, los cuales quedaran de la siguiente manera:
  2. "I. Antecedentes.
  3. El menor Duvan Steven Calderon Fonseca, quien tiene 17 anos de edad2.
  4. II. Consideraciones de la Corte Constitucional.
  5. 2. Problema juridico.
  6. Sobre la base de los antecedentes resenados, corresponde a esta Sala de Revision:
  7. 1. Determinar si un menor de edad3.
  8. 5. Caso concreto.
  9. 5.1. Un menor de 17 anos"4.
  10. Segundo. Ordenar a la Relatoria de la Corte Constitucional que adjunte copia del presente auto a la sentencia respectiva, con el fin de que sea publicado junto con ella. Asimismo, se dispondra que la Secretaria General de la Corte envie copia del presente auto a las partes de la demanda que se les comunico la sentencia.
  11. Tercero. Por la Secretaria General de esta Corporacion devuelvase al Juzgado Treinta y Ocho Civil del Circuito de Bogota, el expediente de la referencia.
