Solicitud de nulidad de la Sentencia T-374/21.
El peticionario presentó varios argumentos para sustentar la nulidad, los cuales, a pesar de no ser invocados de manera textual, fueron interpretados por la Corte como desconocimiento de la jurisprudencia constitucional establecida en la Sentencia SU.768/14; indebida valoración probatoria; contradicciones y ausencia de argumentación de la parte motiva y; elusión de asuntos de relevancia constitucional que tienen efectos transcendentales para el sentido de la decisión.
Luego de verificar que no se probó la existencia de alguna causal de nulidad, la Sala Plena decidió NEGAR la pretensión invocada por el actor.
