El accionante solicitó a la Corte asumir el cumplimiento de la sentencia T-837-14, por el supuesto incumplimiento de la misma por parte de la entidad demandada.
Al no evidenciar la configuración de circunstancias excepcionales que ameriten la especial intervención de la Corporación, la Sala decidió NO ASUMIR el trámite requerido y remitir la petición a la autoridad judicial que fungió como juez de primera instancia, para que inicie las actuaciones tendientes a verificar el cumplimiento de las órdenes impartidas en la providencia precitada.
