- PRIMERO. Informar al Ministro de Salud y Protección Social, al Defensor del Pueblo y al Procurador General de la Nación, así como a los sujetos invitados, que la sesión técnica fijada mediante el Auto 442 de 2015, tendrá lugar el trece (13) de noviembre de 2015, a las 8:30 a.m., en el Palacio de Justicia de Bogotá.
- SEGUNDO. Proceda la Secretaría General de esta Corporación a librar las comunicaciones correspondientes por el medio más expedito posible, adjuntando copia de este proveído e informando que el ente gubernamental allegó respuesta a las preguntas formuladas por el Ministerio Público. Adicionalmente, si no se hubiere hecho, remitir copia de ese documento a la Defensoría del Pueblo.
