Solicitud de nulidad de la sentencia SU.297/15.
El accionante considera que la Sala Plena de la Corporación vulneró su derecho al debido proceso, puesto que, contrario a lo señalado en el fallo de revisión, sí explicó en su escrito de amparo los yerros en los que incurrió la Sala de Casación Penal de la Corte Suprema de Justicia y, también acreditó que dichas irregularidades fueron puestas de presente dentro del trámite judicial cuestionado.
La Corte decidió DENEGAR la nulidad impetrada, porque no se satisfizo el requisito formal de carga argumentativa.
