Teniendo en cuenta que el juzgado de instancia informó a la Sala que el actor pidió a ese despacho la apertura del incidente de desacato y que la entidad reconoció la prestación y su retroactivo, la Corte se ABSTUVO de tramitar el incidente formulado.
