Conflicto de competencia suscitado entre el Juzgado Civil del Circuito Especializado en Restitución de Tierras de Apartadó y el Juzgado Primero Administrativo Oral del Circuito de Turbo.
Teniendo en cuenta que el accionante decidió interponer la acción de tutela en el lugar en donde ocurrió la supuesta vulneración de su derecho fundamental de petición, esto es, en el municipio de Apartadó, considera la Corte que es el despacho judicial de este municipio quien debe asumir su conocimiento.
En consecuencia, se remite el expediente al Juzgado Civil del Circuito Especializado en Restitución de Tierras de Apartadó, para que sin dilación alguna profiera la decisión de fondo que corresponda.
