Recurso de súplica.

La demanda se rechazó porque el escrito de corrección no subsanó las deficiencias argumentativas advertidas en la decisión de inadmisión.

Teniendo en cuenta que el recurrente no superó la carga argumentativa, en tanto realizó una transcripción e insistencia del razonamiento presentado en el escrito de demanda y posteriormente en la corrección de la misma, la Sala Plena de la Corporación decidió RECHAZAR por improcedente el recurso formulado.

  1. PRIMERO. RECHAZAR por improcedente el recurso de suplica contra el Auto del 26 de julio de 2021, proferido por la Magistrada Paola Andrea Meneses Mosquera en el proceso D-14310. Este rechazo la demanda presentada por el ciudadano Carlos Alberto Orjuela Rodriguez en contra del articulo 9o, numeral 2o, inciso 2o, de la Ley 797 de 200340.
  2. SEGUNDO. A traves de la Secretaria General de la Corte, comuniquese el contenido de esta decision al recurrente, indicandole que contra ella no procede recurso alguno.
  3. TERCERO. Ejecutoriada esta decision, archivese el expediente.
