Solicitud de cumplimiento de la sentencia de tutela T-652/98.

La Sala establece que en el presente caso no se satisfacen las condiciones para la intervención de la Corte Constitucional en el trámite de cumplimiento de sentencias proferidas por la Corporación.

Con base en lo anterior, decide abstenerse de tramitar las solicitud presentada y remitir la misma al Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Montería para que asuma su conocimiento.

  1. PRIMERO. ABSTENERSE DE TRAMITAR las solicitudes de cumplimiento de la sentencia T-652 de 1998, presentadas por Jorge Remberto Quintero Amaya, actuando como agente oficioso de algunos miembros del pueblo Embera-Katio del Alto Sinu.
  2. SEGUNDO. REMITIR la solicitud anterior al Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Monteria, para que asuma el conocimiento de la solicitud de cumplimiento de la sentencia T-652 de 1998, presentada por Jorge Remberto Quintero Amaya.
  3. TERCERO. ORDENAR al Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Monteria, que una vez resuelta la solicitud de cumplimiento de la sentencia de tutela T-652 de 1998 presentada por Jorge Remberto Quintero Amaya, envie a esta Corporacion copia de lo resuelto.
