Solicitud de aclaración de la Sentencia T-581/23.
El peticionario argumentó que la Sala de Revisión debe aclarar que omitió conceder el amparo de manera transitoria, debido a que, en su criterio, el actor cuenta con un término perentorio de cuatro meses contabilizados a partir de la fecha de emisión del fallo de tutela, para acudir a la jurisdicción ordinaria laboral, so pena de cesar los efectos de la decisión.
Se RECHAZÓ la anterior pretensión por no cumplir con el requisito de carga argumentativa necesaria para tales efectos.
