El representante legal de la Asociación Nacional de Transportadores sustentó la petición de nulidad en la violación al debido proceso por desconocimiento del precedente, por indebida valoración probatoria y elusión de un asunto de relevancia constitucional.
Al encontrar que la providencia atacada no se enmarca dentro de las causales de nulidad invocadas, la Sala Plena decide DENEGAR la solicitud formulada.
