Solicitud de aclaración de la Sentencia C-039/25.
En este caso un interviniente en el proceso de la referencia solicitó aclarar los fundamentos 166 y 167 y con ello de los ordinales quinto y sexto de la parte resolutiva de la providencia de la referencia.
Al verificar el cumplimiento de los requisitos de procedencia encontró la Sala Plena que no se acreditó el presupuesto de la carga argumentativa, en tanto la cuestión planteada no surgió de una objetiva que resulte del texto de la sentencia de los vacíos de que pudiera adolecer la misma al referirse a una temática relevante para la decisión.
Con base en lo anterior se RECHAZÓ la aclaración pedida en esta oportunidad.
