Por considerar que la decisión del Tribunal Administrativo referenciado desconoció las reglas que definen la competencia territorial, la Sala ordena remitir el expediente a dicha autoridad para que asuma de manera inmediata y sin dilaciones el conocimiento de la solicitud de amparo formulada.

- PRIMERO. DEJAR SIN EFECTOS el auto proferido el cinco (5) de junio de 2017, por el Tribunal Administrativo de Boyacá, mediante el cual dicho despacho judicial rechazó la competencia para conocer de la tutela interpuesta por la señora María Alejandra Agudelo Nuncira.
- SEGUNDO. REMITIR el ICC-3000 al Tribunal Administrativo de Boyacá, para que asuma de manera inmediata y sin dilaciones el conocimiento de la acción de tutela de la referencia.
- TERCERO. Por Secretaría General, COMUNICAR a las partes y al Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Santa Rosa de Viterbo - Sala Única de la decisión adoptada en esta providencia.
