Solicitud de nulidad contra el auto que rechazó, por improcedente, el recurso de reposición formulado contra la decisión que avocó la revisión del asunto.
Dicho incidente se presentó para que se reformara y adicionara el decreto de pruebas ordenado en la referida providencia.
La Corte considera que lo pretendido por el peticionario es la corrección jurídica del proveído en comento y con ello reabrir un debate procesal concluido, lo cual no se circunscribe dentro de las irregularidades propias que genera la violación del debido proceso.

- RESUELVE:
- RECHAZAR la solicitud de nulidad interpuesta contra el auto de 19 de junio de 2018 proferido por el despacho del magistrado sustanciador dentro del expediente LAT-446. Contra esta decision no procede recurso alguno.
