Conflicto de competencia entre el Juzgado Cuarto Civil del Circuito de Ibagué y el Juzgado Cuarto Civil del Circuito de Bucaramanga.
Reitera la Corte que cuando varios despachos judiciales tienen competencia para conocer la solicitud de amparo, los jueces o tribunales deben respetar la elección que haya efectuado el accionante.
Como quiera que en el caso concreto el peticionario escogió al juzgado de la ciudad de Ibagué, se dirime la controversia con la remisión del expediente a dicha autoridad judicial, para que a prevención y de forma inmediata continúe con el trámite de la primera instancia y profiera la decisión de fondo que corresponda.
