Solicitud de nulidad en contra del auto admisorio de la demanda de la referencia y a partir de ahí todas las actuaciones posteriores por los vicios que los afectan.
En escritos de coadyuvancia a la solicitud de nulidad inicialmente formulada por la peticionaria, adujo ésta, entre otras consideraciones que, al haberse admitido la demanda sin haberse resuelto la petición de acumulación formulada a los magistrados Rojas Rojas y Ramírez Grisales, se vulneraron sus derechos al debido proceso y a la intervención procesal.
Por resultar manifiestamente improcedentes, la Corte decide RECHAZAR los escritos precitados, por las mismas razones expuestas en el A423/20.
