- PRIMERO. RECHAZAR, por extemporáneo, el recurso de súplica presentado contra el Auto del 4 de marzo de 2022, que rechazó la demanda de inconstitucionalidad formulada por el ciudadano Yulian Manuel Carillo Vargas contra los artículos 44, 45 y 46 de la Ley 160 de 1994, "por la cual se crea el Sistema Nacional de Reforma Agraria y Desarrollo Rural Campesino, se establece un subsidio para la adquisición de tierras, se reforma el Instituto Colombiano de la Reforma Agraria y se dictan otras disposiciones", dentro del expediente con número de radicación D-14639, por las razones expuestas en este pronunciamiento.
- SEGUNDO. Contra esta providencia no procede recurso alguno.
