Solicitud de aclaración y adición de la Sentencia C-292/20.

La memorialista pretendía, básicamente, que la Corte estableciera los efectos económicos del precitado fallo y que se pronunciara sobre un tema que, aunque ajeno a lo regulado en el Decreto objeto de estudio debía ser, en su criterio, objeto de decisión por parte del juez constitucional.

Luego de verificar las exigencias de procedencia de las peticiones formuladas, la Sala Plena decidió RECHAZARLAS por el incumplimiento del requisito de oportunidad, lo cual devino en la improcedencia de analizar de fondo el asunto.
