Recurso de súplica interpuesto en contra del auto que rechazó la demanda de la referencia, en tanto el escrito de corrección no subsanó las deficiencias señaladas en el auto de inadmisión.
Considera la Corte que el accionante acudió al mecanismo procesal de la acción de inconstitucionalidad para canalizar pretensiones que son ajenas a la naturaleza de este dispositivo, puesto que éstas no se orientan a verificar la validez del ordenamiento legal, sino a dilucidar la solución jurídica a ciertos supuestos fácticos.
Con base en lo anterior la Sala declaró la IMPROCEDENCIA del recurso de súplica formulado.
