Recurso de súplica.
El rechazo de la demanda se dio porque en el escrito de corrección la accionante no logró incorporar argumentos constitucionales al debate, que superaran en su totalidad las deficiencias argumentativas señaladas en el auto inadmisorio.
La Sala Plena de la Corporación decidió rechazar el recurso interpuesto y, en consecuencia, CONFIRMAR el auto cuestionado.

- PRIMERO. CONFIRMAR el Auto del 9 de noviembre de 2020, proferido por el Magistrado Sustanciador Alejandro Linares Cantillo, mediante el cual se rechazo la demanda de inconstitucionalidad promovida contra el articulo 68 A (parcial) de la Ley 599 de 2000, con el numero de radicacion D-13964.
- SEGUNDO. A traves de la Secretaria General de la Corte Constitucional, comuniquese el contenido de esta decision al recurrente, indicandole que contra ella no procede recurso alguno.
