Recurso de súplica.

El rechazo de la demanda se dio porque el escrito de subsanación persistió en el incumplimiento de los presupuestos jurisprudenciales advertidos en el auto de inadmisión.

La Sala Plena de la Corporación decidió CONFIRMAR la providencia cuestionada, en tanto confirmó que la misma no supone ninguna violación al debido proceso y al derecho de acceso a la justicia que le asiste al demandante.
