Colpensiones fundamentó el incidente en la configuración de una clara violación al debido proceso de la entidad, al dejarse de analizar asuntos de relevancia constitucional y legal que tuvieron efectos trascendentales para el sentido de la decisión.
La Corte decidió NEGAR la nulidad invocada, al resultar improcedente por no cumplir con la carga argumentativa requerida.
