Con el presente auto la Sala Primera de Revisión de la Corte Constitucional se INHIBE, por falta de competencia, de resolver el grado de consulta respecto de la sanción de desacato contenida en el Auto 300 de 2019.
Así mismo, dispone devolver el expediente del respectivo incidente a la Sala Séptima de Revisión, para los fines que resulten pertinentes.
