- PRIMERO. DEJAR SIN EFECTO la providencia que dictó el Juzgado Civil-Laboral del Circuito de El Santuario-Antioquia el 16 de febrero de 2017, dentro del expediente ICC-2936.
- SEGUNDO. REMITIR al Juzgado Civil-Laboral del Circuito de El Santuario-Antioquia el expediente ICC-2936, para que de forma inmediata y sin dilación alguna tramite la acción de tutela interpuesta por la señora Dora Eliana Castañeda Rivas, y adopte la decisión de fondo a que haya lugar.
- TERCERO. ORDENAR que, por Secretaría General, se comunique la decisión adoptada en esta providencia a las partes, así como a la Sala de Decisión Civil Familia del Tribunal Superior de Antioquia y al Juzgado Penal del Circuito de Andes-Antioquia.
