Recurso de súplica.
La demanda se rechazó porque operó el fenómeno de la caducidad para adelantar el control de constitucionalidad.
Concluyó la Sala Plena que la providencia cuestionada no incurrió en ningún desacierto, toda vez que la Corte Constitucional no es competente para conocer la demanda contra Actos Legislativos que fueron promulgados hace más de un año.
Por lo anterior, consideró que la decisión de rechazo no fue arbitraria o irrazonable y que se fundó en la evidencia normativa y material de no haberse presentado oportunamente para que fuera admisible el estudio.
Con base en lo anterior se NEGÓ la súplica deprecada.
