El peticionario adujo la existencia de un error en la apreciación de las pruebas que afecta el sentido de la decisión adoptada por la Corporación.
La Sala Plena encontró que los argumentos del memorialista solo se limitan a expresar un desacuerdo con la interpretación asumida en el fallo de la referencia y con el sentido de la decisión adoptada en él.
Concluye la Corte que no se satisface la carga argumentativa requerida para cuestionar la validez de dicha providencia y, en tal sentido, decide RECHAZAR la nulidad deprecada
