Se analiza si los impedimentos presentados por los doctores Enrique Gil Botero y Jorge Iván Palacio Palacio reúnen los características señaladas por la Corporación, para la configuración de la causal consagrada en el numeral 1º del artículo 56 del Código de Procedimiento Penal. esta es, tener un interés directo en el resultado del proceso objeto de estudio.
Luego de analizar la situación particular de los peticionarios y de establecer que efectivamente tienen interés especial y personal en el resultado del proceso, se decide aceptar sus impedimentos.
