Solicitud de aclaración de la Sentencia T-030/18.
La accionante adujo que orden dada a la Gobernación del Casanare referente al pago de los honorarios dejados de percibir desde la fecha en que el contrato de prestación de servicios no fue renovado, hasta la fecha de notificación de la providencia en mención, le resultó más favorable a la entidad que a ella.
Consideró que la Corte debió supeditar el pago de los honorarios no a la notificación del fallo sino al cumplimiento mismo de la obligación.
Teniendo en cuenta que la petición no cumple con el requisito de oportunidad, toda vez que fue presentada por fuera del término de ejecutoria, la Corte decidió RECHAZARLA por extemporánea.
