Tras verificar que entre los operadores jurídicos involucrados sólo se presentó una discrepancia acerca de la aplicación de las reglas de reparto contenidas en el Decreto 1382 de 2000, se resuelve el asunto con la remisión del expediente a la Sala Penal del Tribunal Superior de Medellín, para que de manera inmediata y sin dilaciones asuma el conocimiento de la solicitud de amparo formulada.

- Primero. DEJAR SIN EFECTOS el auto del trece (13) de mayo de dos mil dieciséis (2016), proferido por el Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Medellín, Sala Penal, mediante el cual decidió que no era competente para conocer de la acción de tutela presentada por Esteban Gulfo Romero, a través de apoderado, en nombre propio y en representación de SINTRAINAGRO contra la Superintendencia de Sociedades, Regional Bogotá.
- Segundo. REMITIR el expediente ICC-2465 al Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Medellín, Sala Penal, para que de manera inmediata y sin dilaciones asuma el conocimiento de la acción de tutela de la referencia.
- Tercero. ORDENAR que, por Secretaría General, se comunique la decisión adoptada en esta providencia a las partes y al Juzgado
- Cuarto. Administrativo Oral de Medellín.
