Con el presente auto se CORRIGE de oficio el encabezado de la Sentencia T-583/23, en el sentido de indicar que la Sala Tercera de Revisión que profirió dicho fallo estuvo integrada por el magistrado (e) Miguel Polo Rosero, y no por el doctor Alejandro Linares Cantillo, quien para la fecha de la Sala ya había terminado su período constitucional.

- Primero. Corregir de oficio el encabezado de la Sentencia T-583 de 2023, el cual quedará así:
- "La Sala Tercera de Revisión de tutelas de la Corte Constitucional, integrada por la magistrada Diana Fajardo Rivera, quien la preside, el magistrado Jorge Enrique Ibáñez Najar y el magistrado (e) Miguel Polo Rosero, en ejercicio de sus competencias constitucionales y legales, específicamente las previstas en los Artículos 86 y 241 numeral 9º de la Constitución Política, ha proferido la siguiente:"
