El Senador Alfredo Ramos Maya solicitó a la Corporación realizar una audiencia inmediata en relación con el proceso de la referencia, con intervención del Gobierno Nacional y los representantes del Ministerio Público, con el fin de efectuar el seguimiento al cumplimiento de lo estipulado en la Sentencia C-379/16.
Igualmente pidió, suspender todos los actos y hechos relacionados con la implementación de la Ley 1806 de 1016, hasta cuando no se subsanen todos los mandatos impartidos por la Corte Constitucional en la referida providencia.
Por no resultar factible atender la solicitud elevada por el honorable Senador, la Sala Plena decide DENEGARLA.
