- Primero. DEJAR SIN EFECTOS el auto del 8 de junio de 2018 proferido por el Juzgado de Ejecucion de Penas y Medidas de Seguridad de Fusagasuga con sede en Soacha (Cundinamarca) mediante el cual se declaro sin competencia para conocer de la accion de tutela presentada por Gonzalo Garzon Cardenas contra el Ministerio de Transporte, el Consorcio de Registro Unico Nacional de Transito y la Secretaria de Transito y Transporte de Sibate (Cundinamarca).
- Segundo. REMITIR el expediente ICC-3355 al Juzgado de Ejecucion de Penas y Medidas de Seguridad de Fusagasuga con sede en Soacha (Cundinamarca) que contiene la accion de tutela presentada por el senor Gonzalo Garzon Cardenas, para que, de manera inmediata, tramite el amparo solicitado.
- Tercero. Por la Secretaria General de la Corporacion, COMUNICAR al accionante y al Juzgado Cincuenta y Cuatro Administrativo de Bogota, la decision adoptada en esta providencia.
