Luego de analizar el asunto, la Sala Plena de la Corporación lo resuelve ordenando la remisión del expediente al Juzgado Cincuenta Civil Municipal de Bogotá, para que de forma inmediata le imparta el trámite correspondiente.

- Primero. DEJAR SIN EFECTOS los autos del cinco (5) y veintiocho (28) de agosto de dos mil quince proferidos por el Juzgado Cincuenta Civil Municipal de Bogotá, mediante los cuales se declaró incompetente para conocer la acción de tutela presentada por Jennifer Andrea Huertas, en calidad de apoderada de Deisy Yerley Sáenz Espitia, contra Seguros Mundial SA.
- Segundo. REMITIR el expediente al Juzgado Cincuenta Civil Municipal de Bogotá, para que de forma inmediata tramite la acción de tutela referenciada en el numeral
- primero.
- Tercero. Por Secretaría General, COMUNICAR a las partes y al Juzgado Promiscuo Municipal de Chitaraque, Boyacá, la decisión adoptada en esta providencia.
