- PRIMERO. CONFIRMAR el auto del 24 de agosto de 2015, proferido por el magistrado Alberto Rojas Ríos, que rechazó parcialmente la demanda de inconstitucionalidad de la referencia, formulada por el ciudadano Sigifredo Castro Duque.
- SEGUNDO. A través de la Secretaría General de la Corte, comuníquese el contenido de esta decisión al recurrente, indicándole que contra esta no procede recurso alguno.
- TERCERO. Ejecutoriada esta decisión, remítase el expediente a la Secretaría General, con el fin que se dé cumplimiento a lo ordenado por el magistrado Alberto Rojas Ríos, en los numerales
- cuarto. y siguientes del auto del 6 de agosto de 2015, que admitió parcialmente la demanda de la referencia.
