- Primero. DENEGAR la solicitud de cumplimiento de la Sentencia T-362 de 2016 promovida por Trian de Jesus Zuniga Rueda en calidad de agente oficioso del menor de edad Dumar Alejandro Alfonso Mora, atendiendo a lo establecido en la parte motiva de este auto.
- Segundo. ORDENAR que, a traves de la Secretaria General de la Corte Constitucional, sea remitida la solicitud de cumplimiento de la sentencia T-362 de 2016 al Juzgado Promiscuo de Familia del Circuito de San Jose del Guaviare, Guaviare, para lo de su competencia.
