Recurso de súplica.
La demanda fue rechazada luego de comprobarse que sobre la disposición acusada existía la cosa juzgada constitucional, por haber sido estudiado por la Corporación en la Sentencia C-1011/08.
Teniendo en cuenta que la actora no logró probar como la cosa juzgada constitucional no operó frente a la norma demandada, la Sala Plena de la Corporación decidió negar el recurso y CONFIRMAR la providencia cuestionada.
