- Primero. CONFIRMAR en todas sus partes el Auto del once (11) de julio de dos mil diecinueve (2019), proferido por el Magistrado Luis Guillermo Guerrero Perez, que rechazo la demanda de inconstitucionalidad formulada por el ciudadano Cristhoffer Becerra Tamayo, en contra de los articulos 564, numeral 3 (parcial), 565 numerales 2 y 4 (parciales), 567 (parcial) y 570 numerales 1 y 2 (parciales) de la Ley 1564 de 2012 "Por medio de la cual se expide el Codigo General del Proceso y se dictan otras disposiciones" con radicado D-13274.
- Segundo. COMUNICAR, a traves de la Secretaria General de la Corte, el contenido de esta decision a la parte demandante, indicandole que contra esta no procede recurso alguno.
- Tercero. ARCHIVAR el expediente.
