Las demandas de inconstitucionalidad fueron rechazadas debido a que los escritos de subsanación presentados por los actores no corrigieron los yerros identificados en el auto de inadmisión.
Teniendo en cuenta que los argumentos del recurso no lograron evidenciar los errores de la providencia cuestionada, la Sala Plena de la Corporación decidió CONFIRMAR ésta en su integridad.

- Primero. CONFIRMAR el auto del 13 de octubre de 2020, en cuanto rechazo la demanda de inconstitucionalidad dentro del expediente D-1388630, contra el articulo 13 de la Ley 797 de 2003, "[p]or la cual se reforman algunas disposiciones del sistema general de pensiones previsto en la Ley 100 de 1993 y se adoptan disposiciones sobre los Regimenes Pensionales exceptuados y especiales", que modifico los articulos 47 y 74 de la Ley 100 de 1993.
- Segundo. Proceda la Secretaria General de la Corte Constitucional a comunicar el contenido de esta decision al recurrente.
