A419 Recurso de súplica interpuesto contra los Autos 270 y 352 de 2020, mediantes los cuales se rechazó de plano tanto el incidente de nulidad de la sentencia C-373/16, como la solicitud de adicionar o complementar el auto adoptó la anterior decisión.
La Corte recuerda que el recurso de súplica contra autos que deciden las solicitudes de nulidad o de adición y complementación es manifiestamente improcedente, por cuanto dicho medio de impugnación únicamente procede contra la providencia que rechaza la demanda de inconstitucionalidad.
Se RECHAZA.
