Con el presente auto se acepta el impedimento manifestado por el Procurador General de la Nación para emitir concepto dentro del expediente RPZ-003.
De conformidad con lo dispuesto en el Decreto Ley 262 de 2000, en armonía con el Decreto 2067 de 1991, se ordena a la Secretaría General de la Corporación correr traslado por el término que falte al Viceprocurador General de la Nación, para que rinda el concepto de que tratan los artículos 242-2 y 278-5 de la Constitución Política.
